Diamonds can only shine in combination with sunshine.

Wine , olives and figs,
Life, struggles and victory,
Roots, heritage and living memories,

In the south i was born,
In the south I was shaped,
from the south I've started my journey,
In the north i was blessed and cursed,

I will leave my precious diamonds in the north,
To the south I will return to create my own wine,
I will fill my cave until my precious diamonds seeks the sun in the south.
Diamonds can only shine in combination with 

sunshine.

I promise to fill their glasses with my very best wine.
I shall taste it now with my beautiful lady everyday ,
 untill the celebration day...

A way to survive.

When my daughter told me for many years ago about Tom Hanks and his Mr Wilson in his film "Cast away " she never imagined that she'll personalize Mr wilson one day .
The film is about Chuck Noland,  the pilot who worked at FedEx, whos airplane crashed above an isolated island.
He survived this deadly crash together with few packages that were aimed to be delivered to their owners.
In order to survive, he was forced to open many of these packages , so he migt find something useful.
In one of these packages he found a ball, but he had no idea what to do with it.
He was totally isolated , and he had no one to talk to.
One day when he was trying to make fire, he hurted his hand.
He was bleeding and angry at the same time, and it happened that the ball was just beside him, and since he had unbearable pain , he grabbed the ball to stop the bleeding.
The miracle was already there. His bloody hand created the face of Mr Wilson.
Now he is not alone anymore.
Now he can talk to Mr Wilson all the time about everything.
It was the only and the most important social contact he had.
My wonderful daughter and I were amazed of the whole story and the ending of the film.
Now, my plane didn't crashed and I am not in isolated island, but yet I relate my contact with my kids to Mr Hanks contact to the World during his unwillingly stay in the island.

But the difference between me and Tom Hanks is that he had no possibility to contact his family and tell them that he is still alive.

Now , since my kids are real persons , and our blood bond is far more stronger than the bond between Tom Hanks and his fiktive new friend Mr Wilson, 
and since I can use this technoloy to hopefully get in touch with them, and for surviving the absence of the social Contact with my kids, I hanged the pictures of my kids on the walls of my house, and my conversations with them has been in daily bases, just like Tom Hanks.

I share with them all the joy & pain I feel  within my heart. 

I share with them my success and my growth.

I share with them my new stories, and I tell them how much I miss them, and I tell them about my Partner , and how much she loves them.
The four Wilson's and I will reunite one day.
The pictures will still hang there with one empty place to a new one.
A new picture of the Five of us will join the collection, and hopefully the ending of our separation won't be the same as Tom Hanks separation from his Family.
 I believe that my current Wilson's going  to get back there real names one day, and I live for that day !

Stones versus flesh and bones

Even if you were made of stones, after all these years, you would had became flesh and bones. 
Love is gold, hardship is bronze.

Give each challenge its normal size !

Even if you are worry , you need to stay rational if you want to get rid of it ! Your calm mind is the ultimate weapon against your challenges.

Can the Magic of Nature Teach us Strategic Planning?

When we look back to evaluate the last year; we tend sometimes to focus on our setbacks instead of focusing on our achievements, which is not the best way to meet the new year with a spirit of successful aspiration.
The most vital in every successful self development process is the awareness of our own potentials and limitations.

Do you belong to category of leaders who starts their new year by placing their goals and aspirations higher than their capacity? Do you belong to those who set small timeframes to achieve a high set of goals?If you belong to one of the above mentioned categories; it is nothing but a prophecy for disappointments and lower self-esteem.We live in a time of a very fast forward cycle of developments. Maybe it is the right time to evaluate the ways we have been using to put our goals, the results we have been achieving, both the good and bad ones, and the impact of such results on our future.Every leader, every follower, every family member, and every child is affected by this speedy tempo. Don’t you feel sometimes that this speedy tempo is similar to the mountain coaster? And sometimes it is hard to catch up the real meaning behind the process.This is a very dangerous way to go; as people in the organization feel that they can’t live up to expectations. When frustration substitutes satisfaction, and disappointments take the place of celebration.Lessons learned from nature might guide us to get into the right direction.In nature there are laws and processes where everything is in harmony. Nature itself is the best role-model for every successful organization. The board and the members are equal in responsibilities and benefits.The rain and the seeds, together with the vegetation and seasons. The animals of every kind, and the humans of every race, color and Culture.When one of these essential members violates the law of nature, it will cause harmful consequences for the rest of the entire organization.Learning by watching repeated actions and evaluating results, is what farmers did for thousands of years, and this allowed humanity to survive and succeed to develop with a reasonable timetable and tempo.It is the main responsibility for every leader to take seriously; when goals and aspirations are in harmony with the abilities and skills of each member in the organization.Make sure that everyone is dancing to your music, not only shaking their bodies to your order.Make sure that everyone feels the pride of being part of the success through the year, and enjoys the harvest of his/her own efforts.Just take a walk to the nearest forest, and watch the magical harmony of the nature.

When looking forward to make the best of 2018, slow down the tempo, have reasonable expectations, rise up your head, and see each miracle in your organization.
