A leader . Not a driver
The difference between a driver and a leader is much larger than some might imagine. A driver is a man who drives a Volkswagen, his engine that pushes on him from the back is nothing but scrap, while a leader, his engine that gives him energy and power is his own people. Talk about the difference between a driver who gets hired by a client, and a leader who gives his life for those he loves!
Being a leader is to be a man driven by the heart's good motives, and not as a driver who is driven by mechanical locomotives. / Alain Safa
